The PI and Co-PI of the projects have completed a number of national and international projects and thus have ability to conduct the project effectively and in a timely manner. The main objectives of this program are:

Phase 2

Concurrently, the website and Smart Health app will also be developed in parallel with the handbook’s development for delivery of the Mental Wellness Program to women living with and beyond cancer.

Step 2:

A pilot RCT will be conducted to evaluate the acceptability, usability, and transferability of the Mental Wellness Program using Smart Health delivery method. Data collected during this phase will provide the information for revision and modification of the program, the website and the Smart-app to be ready for a larger implementation in the next phase.

Phase 3

In the last phase of this project, a three arm RCT will be conducted in a larger scale to assess the effectiveness of Mental Wellness Program package and the application of Smart Heath delivery. This three-arm-experimental study will enable a comparison of of the advantages, disadvantages and and effectiveness of the tranditional face-to-face method and the Smart Health delivery method.
